IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Post episode 38
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: He has a noticeable Scottish burr in his voice- an accent that causes his voice be soft and rounded at the edges. His hair is dark, curly, and usually kept well brushed; his eyes are dark and brown as well. His eyes are a dark brown as well, and he stands at six feet. He is a solid man, even sporting a bit of a stomach under his hassock. He does, noticeably, smell of alcohol, indicating that he has a drinking problem. For now, he can be seen in the priests robes, along with a rosary that he will be wearing on his person.
His clothing and scent may change with time on the Barge, depending on how things go!
•DEMEANOR: He's a rather quiet man, seemingly even used to making himself seem as part of the background. But once speaking to him- he offers a quiet warmth that can be very supportive, like a fire on a winter day.
When the chips are thrown down though, he is a force- a wall even of solid strength of "no", and can even become fiery, his voice rising and becoming deep and even intimidating.
Thankfully, he is not quick to anger.
•ABILITIES: Oscar is a priest of the Christian faith, and while he has knowledge of that, he also has some knowledge of Eldritch bestiary as well. Otherwise, he knows how to run a soup kitchen, is physically strong, but otherwise has no abilities.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Recovering from having his left arm amputated above the elbow, but is otherwise a very vanilla human with noticeable signs in having a drinking problem.
•CABIN INFORMATION: It's a rather plain wooden door, with his name on the front! Inside is a rather modest room, with a bed, desk, and off shoot of a kitchen and bedroom each from the 1930s era. It's all kind of threadbare and even kind of shabby, but the books on his shelf are well cared for- as is his tea and liquor cabinet.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Child abuse in any form

•MENTAL: For sure! But let me know if there's going to be any dream intrusion. He has some trauma there.
•MIMICRY: Yup! Though he will not be happy.
•VIOLENCE: They can, and he will FIGHT BACK SO HARD.
•MAGIC: They can, but without forewarning he may be nervous about it!
•DEBATE: Absolutely! Come at him.
•OTHER / NOTES: Oscar can handle a lot of mess, including attempted murder. But lemmie know if you plan to offer him violence or anything! Because he will make sure that the person who is offering violence is going to be smacked down and stay down if so! He does not mess around.
Also, he's going to fumble a lot because he lost his left arm, which was his main arm.
